  • 1 cup of quinoa
  • 4 ounces of shredded chicken
  • 1 orange, peeled and sliced
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 8 cherry tomatoes



Cook the quinoa according to package instructions.

Add all ingredients to a large bowl.

Mix all ingredients and serve.
