Cold Water Fish

If you don’t eat cold water fish at least 3-4 times a week, you should be taking an Omega-3 Fish Oil pill.

So, what is a cold water fish?
A fish that lives in cold water, I know, advanced stuff. Cold water fish are high in Omega-3s, whereas other fish aren’t. The healthiest cold water fish are those high in omega-3 fats and low in mercury — a major aquatic contaminant.

Popular Cold Water Fish:
  • Salmon
  • Mahi mahi
  • Tuna & Sardines
  • Cod
  • Herring
  • Trout
  • Atlantic mackerel
  • Whitefish
  • Pollock
  • Haddock

Omega-3 is important because it cuts your risk of heart disease in half. Heart disease is the #1 cause of death in Americans.
