Curious about what the black cylinders in the Club are? They’re foam rollers!
How do foam rollers Work?
Foam rollers work by directly pressing your muscles into the roller using your body weight to control pressure. The roller works out sore, tight, and stiff muscles to increase blood flow and mobility. Basically, foam rollers are a form of self massage.
