If you don’t eat cold water fish at least 3-4 times a week, you should be taking an Omega-3 Fish Oil pill.

A fish that lives in cold water, I know, advanced stuff. Cold water fish are high in Omega-3s, whereas other fish aren’t. The healthiest cold water fish are those high in omega-3 fats and low in mercury — a major aquatic contaminant.
